This post is for those people who wants to watch anime but don't know where to start it. I think many boys and girls had watched shows like Dragon Ball,  Pokemon, Shinchan,  Doraemon, Beyblade etc in their childhood. They now wants to watch anime but don't know which anime to watch. So I am recommending these 10 animes to dive into the world of anime: -

10.GINTAMA

If you are into comedy jonar, then Gintama should be your first choice. This anime was released in 2006 and has 9 seasons with more than 300 episodes. This anime has wide variety of characters and their background stories has also presented in a beautiful manner. The chemistry between main protagonist Gintoki Sakta and Kotaro Ketsura will make you laugh like idiot. Each character of this show will make you giggle. But comedy is not the only part which make this anime special. This anime has deep story with some serious and action packed arcs. This anime is made by Sunrise Studio so animation of this anime is top notch. Music and Voice acting is on another level. Specially voice acting of Kagura and Gintoki is my favorite. Every anime fan should watch this anime and enjoy how good Gintama is. 

9. Re: Zero - Starting Life in Another World

Rezero is the best ever isekai(mc sent to or reincarnated into another world) anime I had ever watched. This anime was released in 2016 and had 2 season so far with around 50 episodes. Rezero is animated by Fox Studio. This Isekai has unique storyline and mc of this anime is not overpowered unlike other isekai. The main protagonist Subaru has unique power in which if he died then he would be alive again in past just like in games. Characters are colourful and beautiful but their background stories are dark. This anime is R rated due to its violence and brutality. This anime is must watch for those who love deep story with some serious action punches. 

8. Attack On Titan

Attack on Titan is the biggest hit in recent time. This was released in 2013 and has 4 seasons so far. It is animated by Wit studio. This anime has unique theme. In this anime, humans have to live behind the walls which protects them from Titans. Titans are big human like creatures who eats humans. Humans form teams and fight with titans. This is just overview of the story but AOT has mystery, action, violence and gore. I think Openings and Endings of this anime are the best like Shinzou wo Sasageyo. The best part of this anime is how the story is presented. Those who wants to watch action anime with good storyline then AOT should be their first choice. 

7. DEATH NOTE


Death Note is the anime which makes anime popular in Western countries like USA and Canada. Earlier, people think anime is just of childrens but Death note changes this mindset. The psychological war between Kira and L change the whole anime world. Due to its immnese popularity, Netflix buy the whole show and later make a movie with same title. It is animated by Madhouse which is the best studio so animation is too notch. It's music is unique I had never heard opening like this. This anime has dark story, gore scenes, deaths etc. L, Kira and Ryuk are the best characters ever written. 

6. CODE GEASS


Code Geass is the anime which I love more than Death Note. This is also psychological anime with mecha elements. This was released in 2006 and have 2 seasons with 50 episodes. It is animated by Sunrise studio. Sci-fi, mecha, action elements are beautifully combined with supernatural and psychological elements. This anime is strategic action and mecha anime which will not waste your time. 

5. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood

FMAB is the highest rated anime ever. FMAB is the reboot of Fullmetal Alchemist which was released in 2003. This is animated by Studio Bones. Its incredibly written story, beautiful and horrific animation, it's dark and depressing moments, its happy and hopeful moments, its iconic characters, its spectacular music, everything works to make this amazing show even better. It is worth your time , it is the type of show you would never dislike. 

4. DRAGON BALL

There are some anime which needs no introduction. Dragon ball was released in 1986 but in this show there was just introduction of the characters. Then, Dragon Ball Z was released in 1989 which is considered as first typical shounen anime. Dragon Ball was the first anime which gains worldwide popularity. It is popular for long fights, action and characters. 

3. NARUTO




Naruto is my personal favorite and one of the most popular anime all time. Naruto was released in 2002 and run for 220 episodes then it's another season come out in 2007 and runs for massive 500 episodes. Naruto is the story of the young ninja who seeks recognition and dreams of becoming a hokage, village head. Naruto has some of the best characters ever written including Naruto, Itachi, Kakashi, Master Jiraiyya etc. Naruto teaches us whatever the situation, we have to do hard work to achieve our dreams. 

2. Hunter × Hunter (2011 TV series)


The highest rated shounen anime is here. HxH is animated by Madhouse studio. All the characters are colourful and have unique quirks. In this anime, hunters are those who perform all manner of dangerous tasks like capturing criminals and fight with supernatural beings. Mc  Gon Frecss wanted to become the best hunter of the world in order to find his father. Throughout his journey, Gon and his friends had to face hardships and struggles. This is an anime where you meet plenty of new interesting characters and you understand them very well. 

1. ONE PIECE


The most popular and biggest hit anime of all time. The plot is pretty basic at first. Monkey D. Luffy has just set out on his own to find the legendary treasure 'one piece' and become Pirate King, and he's looking for a crew to sail with him. The plot quickly evolve into something huge. All the characters are extremely well developed and have unique backgrounds. The art of this anime is unique and you will love it after watching some of its episodes. The story, world-building, characters are PERFECT.
